Update No. 53 – 30/03/12

This update marks EGP Fund No. 1 Pty Ltd’s first full year of trading.  I have this to say – may every future year mirror its results in relative terms!

I will confess I am slightly under whelmed by our absolute performance.  But I remind fellow investors our target is and will always be relative performance, we have produced a muscular 11.74% outperformance in the first 12 months.

EGP Fund No. 1 Pty Ltd. Up by 9.79%, leading the benchmark by 1.39% since January 1^st. Since inception, EGP Fund No. 1 Pty Ltd is Up by 5.68%, leading the benchmark by 11.74% all-time (April 1^st 2011).
